Palm Beach, Fla., school district to sell $115 million TANs Sept. 21

New York, Sept. 12 - The School District of Palm Beach County, Fla., is scheduled to price $115 million of series 2011 tax anticipation notes on Sept. 21, according to a preliminary official statement.
The notes (MIG 1) will be sold on a competitive basis with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.
The notes are due Jan. 26, 2012.
Proceeds will be used to finance operating expenses for the 2011-2012 fiscal year ahead of the collection of ad valorem taxes.
