Arrowhead Research to price public sale of stock, warrants by Friday

Company hires Dawson James Securities as its bookrunning manager

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 6 - Arrowhead Research Corp. said it will price a public offering of common stock and warrants with a 30-day greenshoe by Friday.

Dawson James Securities, Inc. is the bookrunner.

Based in Pasadena, Calif., Arrowhead is a nanomedicine company developing therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and obesity, as well as the regeneration of wounded or diseased tissue.
