Moody's: Arrow Prime-3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a short-term rating of Prime-3 to Arrow Electronics, Inc.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the rating reflects Arrow's good liquidity profile. While Arrow generates good funds from operations, this cash flow can be consumed by sizable working capital requirements in its distribution business during periods of significant revenue growth.
