S&P assigns Arrow Electronics notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned Arrow Electronics Inc.’s $500 million of new senior unsecured notes a BBB- rating.

The rating matches those of the company's existing senior unsecured notes, S&P said. All its existing ratings, including the BBB- issuer credit rating and stable outlook, are unchanged.

The company intends to use the proceeds to repay its notes due in 2026.
