Arrow Electronics amends and restates $2 billion credit facility

Chicago, Sept. 10 – Arrow Electronics, Inc. amended and restated its credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as administrative agent on Thursday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The credit facility provides for $2 billion of revolving facilities and letters of credit.

The maturity date has been extended to Sept. 9, 2026.

Based on ratings, interest will be between Libor plus 90 basis points to 160 bps, subject to a 0% Libor floor.

Bank of America, NA, Bank of Nova Scotia, BNP Paribas, ING Bank NV, Dublin Branch, MUFG Bank, Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. are the syndication agents.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA is the administrative agent.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, BofA Securities, Inc., Bank of Nova Scotia, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., ING Bank NV, Dublin Branch, MUFG Bank, Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. are joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.

Centennial, Colo.-based Arrow Electronics provides products and services to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing.
