Paccar Mexico to sell Ps. 350 million 28-day certificados bursatiles Wednesday

New York, Jan. 10 - Paccar Mexico SA de CV Sofol plans to sell Ps. 350 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/) on Wednesday.

Maturity for the issue is Feb. 9, 2006.

Settlement is scheduled for Thursday.

The issue number for the 28-day issue is 024 in Paccar's current certificados bursatiles program.

The Mexico City-based issuer is truck manufacturer and a subsidiary of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Inc.
