Oxford Finance retires senior notes due 2018

Chicago, Nov. 17 – Oxford Finance LLC retired its senior notes due 2018.

Oxford also was acquired by an affiliate of Wafra Capital Partners Inc., according to a company announcement.

Oxford Finance is an Alexandria, Va.-based specialty finance firm focused on the science and health care services sectors.
