Moody’s ups Oxford Finance to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Oxford Finance LLC's B1 corporate family rating and senior unsecured rating and changed the outlook to positive from stable.

The affirmation and positive outlook revision reflect the company's continued strong financial performance; specifically, high profitability, solid asset quality with historically low credit losses and strong capitalization, the agency said.
