Oxbridge Re Holdings plans to price initial public offering of units

Capitol Securities sells units of one share and one five-year warrant

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 27 - Oxbridge Re Holdings Ltd. will price its initial public offering of units, according to a Form S-1 filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell units of one ordinary share and one warrant on a best-efforts basis. The warrants will be exercisable at 125% of the per-unit price for five years.

Capitol Securities Management, Inc. is the agent.

Proceeds will be used for underwriting activities and general corporate purposes.

The reinsurance company is based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. It expects its shares will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols, "OXBR."
