Madison, Wis., April 10 - Singapore's Overseas Education Ltd. said it will issue S$150 million of 5.2% bonds on April 17.
United Overseas Bank Ltd. will act as lead manager.
The five-year bonds are priced at par.
The bonds include a change-of-control put option.
Proceeds will be used for building a new school campus.
Overseas Education is the holding company of Overseas Family School Ltd., which operates private foreign system school Overseas Family School in Singapore.
