Finland’s Outokumpu calls 10% more 7¼% secured notes due 2021 at 103

Chicago, Nov. 8 – Outokumpu said it issued a redemption notice for another 10% of its €225 million of 7¼% senior secured notes due June 16, 2021.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 18 at a redemption price of 103% plus accrued interest.

After the redemption, the new outstanding principal amount will be €810 for each €900 of notes and the total outstanding principal amount will be €202.5 million, according to a company announcement.

The issuer previously called €25 million of the notes due 2021 to be redeemed at 103% on June 16.

After that redemption, the new outstanding principal amount was €900 for each €1,000 of notes.

The company is an Espoo, Finland-based stainless steel producer.
