Otterbourg hires Brody as head of leveraged finance practice

Los Angeles, Jan. 30 – Otterbourg PC announced the addition of Ron Brody as the head of the firm’s leveraged finance practice group.

Brody is a high-yield securities lawyer with a broad range of corporate, transactional and finance experience. His clients include leading investment banks, private equity funds and public and private companies.

Brody comes to Otterbourg from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he was co-head of the bank and leveraged finance group. Prior to joining Pillsbury, he was a partner at White & Case, where he co-headed the leveraged finance practice for over 13 years.

Otterbourg is a law firm in New York City.
