Otter Tail extends $150 million credit line via U.S. Bank by one year

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Nov. 3 – Otter Tail Corp. extended its $150 million line of credit with U.S. Bank NA as administrative agent until Oct. 29, 2020, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The facility had been set to expire on Oct. 29, 2019.

The company amended its credit agreement dated Oct. 29 that provides for an unsecured revolving credit facility with a $150 million line of credit that may be used to refinance debt and to support operations.

Otter Tail is a Fergus Falls, Minn.-based company that operates in six segments: electric, plastics, manufacturing, health services, food ingredient processing and other business operations.
