Greece’s OTE launches upsized €400 million four-year notes at 2.45%; pricing Wednesday

Portland, Ore., July 11 – Greek telecom OTE plc launched an upsized €400 million offering of four-year senior notes at 2.45% on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The offer is upsized from €350 million. Final terms are expected later on Wednesday.

The deal, which played to a €1.8 billion order book, launched 5 basis points beneath the tight end of the 2½% to 2 5/8% yield talk. Initial talk was 2¾%.

Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley are managing the sale.
