Hellenic Telecommunications buys back €70.55 million 4 5/8% notes

New York, April 7 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA said its OTE plc subsidiary bought back €70.55 million of its 4 5/8% notes due May 20, 2016.

Following the repurchase, the company has €629.45 million of the notes outstanding.

Hellenic Telecommunications, also known as OTE SA, is an Athens, Greece-based provider of fixed and mobile communications in Greece, Romania and Albania.
