Columbus, Ohio, May 14 – OTE plc issued €200 million of seven-year notes at a yield of 0.627%, according to a company announcement.
The notes are guaranteed by Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA.
They were fully subscribed by Deutsche Telekom AG.
Proceeds will be used for the refinancing of the €200 million OTE notes maturing in June 2021 as well as for general corporate purposes.
The telecommunications company is based in Greece.
