Olympia, Wash., June 19 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA announced that subsidiary OTE plc issued €150 million of 0.96% notes due Dec. 10, 2020 and €200 million 0.977% notes due June 10, 2021.
The new notes were fully subscribed by Deutsche Telekom AG.
The notes are guaranteed by Hellenic Telecommunications and issued under the existing global medium-term note program.
The proceeds of the new notes will be used for the partial refinancing of the €628 million notes maturing in July issued by OTE.
The telecommunications company is based in Athens.
