Hellenic Telecommunications unit repurchases €67.03 million 3½% notes

Olympia, Wash., May 20 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA said subsidiary OTE plc gradually repurchased €67,026,000 of its 3½% notes due July 9, 2020 (ISIN: XS1086785182), according to a notice.

The repurchased notes have been cancelled.

Following the buybacks, €632,974,000 of the notes remain outstanding.

The telecommunications company is based in Athens.
