Czech Republic wireless telecom Oskar Mobil to bring €325 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, Sept. 28 - Oskar Holdings NV plans to offer €325 million of seven-year senior secured notes (B1/B), according to a market source.

JP Morgan, ABN Amro, and UBS Investment Bank will be the underwriters.

The company is a Czech mobile telecommunications provider previously known as Cesky Mobil.
