Oshkosh Truck to use existing loan for Concrete Equipment and Audubon Manufacturing acquisitions

New York, Oct. 22 - Oshkosh Truck Corp. plans to use borrowings under its existing credit facilities to finance the acquisition of Concrete Equipment Co. Inc. and the acquisition of a wholly owned subsidiary of CON-E-CO, Audubon Manufacturing Corp., according to a company news release.

Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to occur in early November.

Oshkosh Truck is an Oshkosh, Wis., manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies for the defense, fire and emergency, concrete placement and refuse hauling markets.
