Moody's assigns Oshkosh loan Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 rating to Oshkosh Corp.'s new $1.2 billion senior secured credit facility.

The Ba2 ratings reflect the facility's structural position within a capital structure that has strengthened due to significant debt reduction in recent years, the agency stated.

Concurrently, Moody's said it affirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating.

As there discussed, Moody's said it believes that the company's profitability will likely peak in 2010 as the contracts for the MRAP-All Terrain Vehicles is expected to wind-down over the next year.
