S&P: Oshkosh outlook positive

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its ratings on Oshkosh Corp., including the B+ corporate credit rating, and revised the outlook to positive from stable.

The agency said the outlook revision reflects significant improvement in credit measures as the company's defense segment processes large orders.

The ratings continue to reflect Oshkosh's aggressive financial risk profile, which S&P said more than offsets its leading business positions in key segments of the specialty vehicle market and good product and end-market diversity.
