Osage Exploration corrects maturity date of 18% promissory notes

$2.5 million private placement secured notes due 2014 instead of 2013

Madison, Wis., April 24 - Osage Exploration and Development, Inc. corrected the maturity date of its recent $2.5 million private placement of 18% secured promissory notes with Boothbay Royalty Co., according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are due April 17, 2014, amended from April 17, 2013.

As previously reported, Boothbay also received 400,000 common shares; a 1.5% overriding royalty on the company's leases in section 29, township 17 North, range 3 in Logan County, Okla.; and a 1.7143% overriding royalty on its leases in section 36, township 19 North, range 4 West in Logan County, Okla.

Osage is an oil and gas exploration company in San Diego.
