Arotech gets deferral on installment payment of convertible notes

New York, May 1 - Arotech Corp. received a deferral from the holders of its senior secured convertible notes due March 31, 2008.

The investors agreed to defer a $1,458,333.34 installment payment due May 31, 2007 to June 30, 2007.

The payment has already been deferred several times.

Based in Auburn, Ala., Arotech produces fuel cells and zinc air batteries, as well as vehicle armor used for military purposes.
