Orleans Homebuilders suspends payment of quarterly stock dividends

Pittsburgh, Oct. 21 - Orleans Homebuilders, Inc. confirmed that it has suspended payments of the quarterly cash dividends on its outstanding common stock, according to a company news release.

The company said it reiterated the payment suspension in connection with its second amended and restated revolving credit loan agreement.

Orleans Homebuilders is a Bensalem, Pa.-based residential homebuilder.
