Company offers common shares at $0.10 each to fund product development

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 27- Orion Financial Group Inc. plans a $4 million initial public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 40 million common shares at $0.10 per share on a self-underwritten basis.
Proceeds will be used for product development and general working capital purposes.
The emerging growth company is based in San Jose, Calif.
