S&P ups Orion Engineered Carbons to positive

Standard & Poor's said it has revised its outlook on Orion Engineered Carbons Bondco GmbH to positive from stable and affirmed the B long-term corporate credit rating as well as the B issue and 4 recovery ratings on the senior secured notes and our BB- issue and 1 recovery ratings on the super senior $250 million revolving credit facility.

S&P said the rating action reflects S&P's view that Orion's profitability and credit metrics will be stronger than previously anticipated.
