Columbus, Ohio, May 14 – Oriflame Cosmetics SA issued €50 million of notes in a private placement, according to the company’s interim report for its first quarter ended March 31.
The private placement with international investor Pricoa occurred after the end of the first quarter.
The proceeds refinance the private placement loan due to mature during the third quarter and will be used for general corporate purposes.
Oriflame Cosmetics is a direct seller of beauty products. It is based in Malmo, Sweden.
