Organovo Holdings reduces at-the-market agreement to $26.56 million

Cantor Fitzgerald is selling stock through offering for 3% commission

Knoxville, Tenn., July 20 – Organovo Holdings, Inc. reduced its at-the-market program with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. to $26.56 million from $33 million on July 20, according to an 8-K and prospectus supplement filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal was negotiated on Dec. 30.

Cantor will be paid a 3% commission.

Based in San Diego, Organovo is a three-dimensional biology company focused on delivering breakthrough bioprinting technology and creating tissue on demand for research and medical applications.
