Orex Exploration in talks for $27 million private placement

New York, Nov. 8 - Orex Exploration Inc. said it is in negotiations with private investors for a $27 million offering.

The full details of the deal could not be determined Tuesday evening.

"Orex Exploration Inc. advises that the due diligence process and negotiations with private investors for the $27 million financing is following its due course," said a statement released Tuesday by Orex.

Based in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Orex is a gold exploration company.

On Tuesday, its stock lost C$0.015 to end at C$0.27.
