Oremex cancels plans for its C$1.73 million private placement of units

Deal with Global Resources Investments was terminated consensually

Knoxville, Tenn., March 5 - Oremex Silver Inc. said it canceled a C$1.73 million private placement of units with Global Resources Investments Ltd. The deal priced on Dec. 2.

The company said in a press release that cancelation was consensual.

Based in Toronto, Oremex explores for silver.
