Moody's: O'Reilly view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. to positive from stable and affirmed the Baa3 senior unsecured rating.

"O'Reilly continues to post solid operating results, resulting in a steadily-improving quantitative credit profile, which is the primary basis for the outlook change to positive," Moody's senior analyst Charlie O'Shea said in a news release.

"So long as operating performance is maintained around current levels, the key determining factor as far as a potential upgrade is concerned will be the level and timing of share repurchases," O'Shea added in the release.
