Oregon Department of Administrative Services to price $155.285 million COPs Tuesday

New York, July 7 - The Oregon Department of Administrative Services plans to price $155.285 million series 2008 certificates of participation on Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The certificates will be sold on a negotiated basis with Banc of America Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets as the lead managers. The co-managers will be Fidelity Capital Markets; Goldman, Sachs & Co.; Merrill Lynch; and Ramirez & Co.

The sale includes $140.5 million in series 2008A certificates, which are due 2009 to 2028 with term bonds due 2033 and 2038, and $14.785 million in series 2008B certificates, which are due 2010 to 2023.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to refund the department's series 1997B certificates.
