Luxembourg's Orco selling €150 million maximum bonds with warrants

St. Louis, March 7 - Orco Property Group SA announced an issue of up to €150 million of bonds with warrants, according to a Wednesday press release.

Lehman Brothers will act as the bookrunner, the release added.

Orco is a Luxembourg-based investor, developer and asset manager in the central European real estate and hospitality market.
