Moody's: Orbital Sciences to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it revised the rating outlook of Orbital Sciences Corp. to stable from negative and affirmed the company's Ba1 corporate family rating.

Concurrently, the speculative grade liquidity rating was raised to SGL-1 from SGL-2.

These changes follow successful completion of Orbital's CRS-1 mission to the International Space Station and the strong free cash flows that should follow.
