Alydar Capital reports 5.01% passive stake in Orbital Sciences

Philadelphia, Oct. 29 - Alydar Capital, LLC reported a 5.01% investment in Orbital Sciences Corp. as of Oct. 20, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The passive stake represents 2,940,000 shares.

Orbital is a Dulles, Va.-based developer and manufacturer of small space and rocket systems for commercial, military and civil government customers.
