Orbital Sciences to start roadshow for $135 million eight-year notes on Wednesday

St. Louis, June 23 - The roadshow starts Wednesday for Orbital Sciences Corp.'s offering of $135 million senior notes due 2011 (B+), according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price in the middle of the week of June 30.

Banc of America Securities is the bookrunner on the Rule 144A deal. Jefferies & Co. is the co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to refinance $135 million of outstanding 12% second priority secured notes due 2006.

The Dulles, Va.-based firm develops and manufactures small space and missile systems for commercial, civil government and military customers.
