Orbcomm shareholder will price secondary offering of 3,910,433 shares

Bookrunner Raymond James assists with sale of company’s common stock

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 18 – Orbcomm Inc. reported that a stockholder will sell 3,910,433 common shares in a secondary sale, according to a preliminary prospectus supplement filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Raymond James is the bookrunner.

Orbcomm is a Fort Lee, N.J., satellite data communications company.
