Moody’s withdraws Orbcomm ratings

Moody’s Investors Service said it withdrew all its ratings and its stable outlook for Orbcomm Inc.

The withdrawal follows Orbcomm completing the redemption of all of its outstanding 8% senior secured notes and ending its previous $25 million revolver facility, the agency said.
