Orbcomm to redeem $220 million 8% senior secured notes due 2024

New York, Nov. 2 – Orbcomm Inc. plans to redeem $220 million of its outstanding 8% senior secured notes due 2024 (Cusip: 68555PAA8, U6834MAA5), according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed Dec. 2 at 104, plus interest.

The redemption is subject to the completion of one or more financing transactions on or prior to the redemption date.

Orbcomm is a Rochelle Park, N.J.-based internet technology company.
