New York, Jan. 5 - The Orange County School Board of Florida sold $58.53 million of series 2012A refunding certificates of participation, said a pricing sheet.
The certificates (Aa3/AA-/AA) were sold through senior manager Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The COPs are due 2013 to 2019 with 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund the board's series 2001A certificates of participation for a debt service savings.
