Oramed Pharmaceuticals cancels plans for public sale of common shares

Company announces that it withdrew the offer due to market conditions

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 - Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. it has withdrawn the previously announced public offering of common stock due to market conditions. The deal was announced on June 17.

Based in Jerusalem, Oramed develops oral-delivered treatments for diabetes.
