New Issue: Oracle Coalfields raises £1.04 million via private placement of stock

Knoxville, Tenn., June 28 - Oracle Coalfields plc said it raised £1.04 million in a private placement of shares via agent Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Ltd.
The company sold 34,722,999 ordinary shares at 3p apiece.
Proceeds will provide additional working capital.
Oracle is a Cambridgeshire, England, coal company.
