New York, Oct. 23 – Opus Group AB announced the issue of a further SEK 300 million of floating-rate bonds due Nov. 20, 2018 with Swedbank AB as the bookrunner.
The total issue amount is now SEK 500 million.
The coupon is Stibor plus 450 basis points.
The bonds are listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.
“The bond issue makes us well set for further growth and potential upcoming acquisitions,” president and chief executive officer Magnus Greko said in a news release.
Molndal, Sweden-based Opus is focused on vehicle inspection technology and operations.
