Moody's assigns Armenia notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Armenia’s proposed senior unsecured U.S. dollar-denominated notes.

“The rating mirrors the government of Armenia's long-term issuer rating of Ba3 with a stable outlook,” the agency said in a press release.

The proceeds will be applied toward general governmental purposes.
