New Issue: Opticom to raise NOK 90.3 million in private placement of stock

New York, Nov. 9 - Opticom ASA said it has entered into agreements for a NOK 90,302,980 private placement.

The company intends to sell 1,327,985 shares at NOK 68 each.

The price per share is equal to the company's closing stock price on Nov. 8.

The deal is expected to close Nov. 22.

Based in Oslo, Opticom develops thin film electronics used to store data in mobile phones, cameras and mp3 players.
