Knoxville, Tenn., June 25 - Optibase Ltd. said in a 6-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it completed a $5 million private placement of stock on June 18.
The company sold 2,816,901 ordinary shares to Shlomo (Tom) Wyler, the company's president, chief executive officer and executive chairman of the board of directors.
Based in Herzliya, Israel, Optibase provides professional encoding, decoding, video server upload and streaming solutions for telecom operators, service providers, broadcasters and content creators.
