Oppenheimer plans to redeem all 8¾% notes due 2018 via new notes

Morgantown, W.Va., June 6 – Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. said it plans to redeem in full its 8¾% senior secured notes due 2018 using proceeds from an offering of new notes.

The company announced on Tuesday plans to issue up to $200 million of senior secured notes due 2022.

Remaining proceeds from the new notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

Oppenheimer is a New York-based middle market investment bank and full service broker-dealer.
