S&P changes Oppenheimer to positive

S&P said it revised its outlook on Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. to positive from stable and affirmed its B issuer credit and senior secured debt ratings.

"The outlook revision reflects progress the firm has made on its regulatory and legal issues, as well as recent improvement in funding metrics and risk-adjusted capitalization," S&P credit analyst Robert Hoban said in a news release.
