Oppenheimer Corporate Bond Fund ups investment in foreign issuers

San Diego, Nov. 30 - Oppenheimer Corporate Bond Fund will change its principal investment strategies to allow investments of up to 40% of its net assets in foreign issuers, including issuers located in developing or emerging market countries, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The change will take effect Jan. 30. Currently, the fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in foreign issuers.

The fund's investment adviser is New York-based OppenheimerFunds, Inc.
